On Thursday July 23rd there was a news item saying that the Archbishops of Canterbury and York are recommending that churches do not use the Common Cup at holy communion until the swine 'flu pandemic has passed. We will be following the official advice and offering bread only to communicants for the time being. We are keen to be both sensible and sensitive in our response to this pandemic.
You can read below the communications provided by The Church of England and the Diocese of St Albans on this matter.
